| The following limited edition Giclees feature the most recent painting series created by Sydney G. James, Full Deck. This ten-piece collection consists of eight “face” cards (four kings and four queens), one joker and one back design. James used her favorite materials: raw canvas, oil glazes, acrylic and oil based markers to complete the paintings. Larger than life illustrations of Michael Jackson in transformation can be found on one playing card with Madonna and Elton John on others. James’ style portrays iconic figures using a harmonic combination of classic portrait painting techniques with art deco ornamentation. She immortalizes the musical icons by crowning the crowned in this series. Of the 10 pieces, 9 are currently available in limited edition Giclees. These Giclees are printed with the highest museum-quality archival canvas with archival inks and sprayed with a U.V. protectant. Each print is signed and numbered by Sydney G.
